Yes. Biznaire may require identity verification and supporting documentation to help maintain platform security and reduce fraud.

After creating an account, you can create a listing by providing:

• Asset details
• Description
• Asking price
• Supporting documentation
• Ownership information where applicable

Listings may be reviewed before publication.

Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers. Buyers and sellers will receive transaction updates through the Biznaire platform during the transaction lifecycle.

The seller will begin the transfer process. Depending on the asset type, this may involve:

• Domain transfer
• Website migration
• Source code delivery
• App ownership transfer
• Transfer of business assets

Buyers should verify successful transfer before confirming completion.

Transaction times vary depending on:

• Asset type
• Transfer requirements
• Verification processes
• Buyer and seller responsiveness

Simple transfers may be completed within hours, while larger business acquisitions may take several days.

The inspection period is the time provided to the buyer to review, test, and verify that the digital asset has been successfully transferred and matches the agreed terms.

During this period, the buyer may:

• Confirm successful delivery and complete the transaction.
• Report any issues or raise a dispute if the asset does not match the agreement.
• Request clarification or supporting information where necessary.

If the buyer confirms that the inspection is complete, the transaction will proceed to settlement.

If the inspection period expires and the buyer does not report any issues or open a dispute, the transaction may be automatically completed and seller settlement may be initiated in accordance with the platform's transaction process.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly verify asset ownership, access credentials, functionality, and all agreed deliverables before the inspection period ends.

If an issue arises, you can open a dispute through the platform and submit supporting evidence. Biznaire may review transaction records, agreements, communications, and transfer evidence to assist with resolution.

Transactions may be cancelled in certain circumstances before completion. Eligibility depends on the transaction status and applicable platform policies.

Refunds may be available where:

• The seller fails to deliver the agreed asset
• Transaction terms are materially violated
• A dispute is resolved in favour of the buyer
• Biznaire determines a refund is appropriate
