Biznaire is a digital transaction facilitation platform that helps buyers and sellers securely complete transactions by holding funds in escrow until agreed conditions are met.

Biznaire is not a buyer, seller, bank, or financial institution.

• To use Biznaire, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate registration and KYC information

• Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

You agree to:

• Use Biznaire only for lawful transactions

• Upload valid and truthful contract agreements

• Deliver goods/services as agreed

• Not attempt fraud, chargebacks, or system abuse

You are solely responsible for your transaction obligations.

Biznaire operates as follows:

• Users create a transaction and accept terms

• Both parties upload agreements

• Admin approves agreements

• Buyer makes payment via Paystack

• Funds are held securely

• Seller releases item/service

• Buyer confirms inspection completion or inspection period expires

• Biznaire releases funds to seller

Biznaire only releases funds after transaction conditions are fulfilled.

Biznaire may charge transaction service fees which will be clearly disclosed before payment.

Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

If a dispute arises:

• Parties must submit evidence within the dispute window

• Biznaire will review documents, communications, and transaction history

• Biznaire’s decision is final for fund release

Biznaire does not provide legal advice.

Refunds may be issued if:

• Seller fails to deliver

• Agreement terms are violated

• Dispute is ruled in buyer’s favour

Refunds are processed through the original payment channel.

You may not use Biznaire for:

• Illegal goods or services

• Money laundering

• Fraudulent transactions

• Identity impersonation

• Chargeback manipulation

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

Biznaire is not responsible for:

• Quality of goods/services

• User misrepresentation

• Business losses

• Delays caused by third-party payment processors

Our liability is limited to the transaction service fee paid.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Fraud is suspected

• Terms are violated

• Legal obligations require it

Biznaire collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using Biznaire, you consent to data usage for transaction processing, compliance, and security.

Biznaire may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
