Biznaire offers the following Services:

1. Domain Registration – Register new domains, including .ng and international extensions.

2. Web Hosting – Shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers.

3. Web Development – Professional website design and development solutions.

4. Domain Marketplace – Buy and sell domains securely via our platform.

• All fees for domains, hosting, and web development must be paid upfront unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change at any time. You will be notified of renewals and applicable fees in advance.

• Marketplace earnings are credited to your main account balance.

• Withdrawals from your account balance are subject to a 20% withdrawal fee. Learn More.

• By listing a domain, you confirm that you own the rights to sell it.

• Biznaire may remove listings that violate laws, intellectual property rights, or our policies.

• Completed transactions are final. Refunds are not available for domain marketplace sales.

• Biznaire may act as an intermediary but is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers beyond the scope of our platform.

• Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once processed.

• Hosting and web development refunds may be available under limited conditions as stated on our product pages.

• Marketplace sales are final and non-refundable.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Host or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities

• Interfere with the security or operation of Biznaire’s systems

• Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

• Funds deposited or earned from sales are held in your Biznaire account balance.

• You may use your balance to purchase services or request withdrawals.

• Withdrawals are processed to your chosen payout method, minus a 20% fee.

• Biznaire is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or incorrect payout details.

Biznaire provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or complete security.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Biznaire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

• You may close your account at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

• Any outstanding payments or obligations will remain enforceable after termination.

Biznaire may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the new Terms.
