- Biznaire does not store complete card numbers, CVV, PIN, or one-time passwords. Card data is handled by approved payment providers.

2. How We Use Information

Payments and payouts may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Flutterwave or other providers made available on Biznaire. These providers may collect, process, store, verify, and share payment-related information according to their own terms, privacy notices, payment scheme rules, compliance obligations, and applicable law.
We may share transaction, settlement, refund, dispute, chargeback, identity, and fraud-related information with payment providers, banks, card schemes, wallet providers, and payout partners where needed to process payments, verify transactions, prevent fraud, handle disputes, comply with law, or protect users and the platform.

- • Identity verification, fraud prevention, hosting, cloud, analytics, messaging, email, and support service providers.

Biznaire may retain platform messages, uploaded files, agreements, transaction notes, evidence, and support communications for transaction administration, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, chargeback response, legal compliance, and platform security. Users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information outside approved platform channels.
6. Cookies and Analytics

Information may be processed or stored in Nigeria or other jurisdictions where our service providers, payment providers, or infrastructure partners operate. We take reasonable steps to protect information when it is processed outside your location.
