Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains activities, assets, and conduct that are prohibited or restricted on Biznaire. It helps protect users, payment providers, banks, card schemes, regulators, and the integrity of the marketplace.


1. General Standard


You may use Biznaire only for lawful digital asset marketplace activity involving assets you are authorized to sell, buy, transfer, or manage. You must act honestly, provide accurate information, cooperate with due diligence, and comply with applicable law, platform rules, payment provider requirements, and payment scheme rules.


2. Prohibited Conduct


You must not:


  • • Use Biznaire for fraud, deception, theft, impersonation, identity misuse, or unauthorized payment activity.
  • • List, sell, buy, or transfer assets you do not own or have authority to transfer.
  • • List hacked, stolen, compromised, unauthorized, unlawfully obtained, or access-restricted assets.
  • • Misrepresent traffic, revenue, ownership, intellectual property rights, user base, code quality, liabilities, restrictions, or business performance.
  • • Manipulate bids, create fake offers, collude with other users, or abuse marketplace ranking or review systems.
  • • Move a transaction off-platform after using Biznaire to find, negotiate, or structure the transaction in order to avoid fees or controls.
  • • Use Biznaire for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, bribery, corruption, tax evasion, or other unlawful activity.
  • • Submit transactions you know or should know are unauthorized, illegal, fraudulent, restricted, or likely to cause a chargeback.
  • • Abuse refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, inspection periods, or support processes.
  • • Interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, distribute malware, or attack the platform.

3. Prohibited or Restricted Assets


Biznaire may reject or remove listings involving:


  • • Stolen, hacked, compromised, or unauthorized accounts, domains, websites, code, apps, or digital properties.
  • • Assets that infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
  • • Assets connected with illegal goods, illegal services, malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, financial scams, gambling where unlawful, adult exploitation, hate content, or regulated activity without approval.
  • • Assets subject to unresolved ownership disputes, legal claims, platform bans, registrar locks, provider restrictions, or transfer prohibitions.
  • • Any asset or transaction that Biznaire, a payment provider, bank, regulator, or card scheme considers prohibited, restricted, high-risk, or unsupported.

4. Due Diligence and Verification


Biznaire may request identity verification, business verification, ownership evidence, delivery evidence, source-of-funds information, source-of-asset information, payout verification, or other due diligence information. Failure to provide requested information may result in account restriction, listing removal, delayed payout, cancelled transaction, or refund.


5. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Suspicious Activity


Users must promptly report suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, account compromise, suspicious transaction activity, or security incidents. Biznaire may share relevant information with payment providers, banks, card schemes, law enforcement, regulators, and affected users where necessary.


6. Enforcement


If we suspect a violation, Biznaire may take one or more actions, including requesting information, warning a user, removing a listing, pausing a transaction, delaying seller payout, issuing a refund, restricting features, suspending an account, terminating access, reporting activity, or taking legal action.
