Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 12th June, 2026.


This Cancellation Policy explains when a Biznaire transaction may be cancelled and how cancellation affects payments, delivery, refunds, and seller payout.


1. General Rule


A transaction may be cancelled only where cancellation is allowed by the transaction stage, platform rules, payment provider rules, and applicable law. Cancellation is easier before asset delivery begins and may be limited after delivery, buyer confirmation, inspection-period expiry, or seller payout.


2. Buyer Cancellation


A buyer may request cancellation where:


  • • The seller has not accepted or started the transaction.
  • • Payment has not been completed.
  • • The seller fails to deliver within the agreed timeline.
  • • The seller cannot transfer the agreed asset.
  • • Fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized activity is suspected.
  • • Biznaire determines that cancellation is appropriate after review.

3. Seller Cancellation


A seller may request cancellation where:


  • • The buyer has not paid or has failed to complete required steps.
  • • The buyer provides false, suspicious, or incomplete information.
  • • The transaction cannot be completed for a legitimate reason.
  • • Continuing the transaction may violate law, platform policy, or payment provider requirements.

4. Biznaire-Initiated Cancellation


Biznaire may cancel, pause, or restrict a transaction where we suspect fraud, identity misuse, unauthorized payment activity, chargeback abuse, stolen or hacked assets, unlawful activity, sanctions risk, money laundering risk, technical abuse, or violation of our policies.


5. Cancellation Before Payment


If a transaction is cancelled before payment, no buyer refund is required. Any listing, subscription, or platform fees already charged may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.


6. Cancellation After Payment but Before Delivery


If payment has been completed but delivery has not begun, Biznaire may process a refund subject to payment provider rules, transaction status, fees, fraud checks, and compliance review.


7. Cancellation After Delivery Begins


If delivery has started, cancellation may require dispute review. Biznaire may consider delivery evidence, asset transfer status, buyer inspection records, seller work performed, and any agreement between the parties.


8. Cancellation After Completion or Seller Payout


After buyer confirmation, inspection-period expiry, transaction completion, or seller payout, cancellation may not be available. Any refund or reversal may require seller cooperation, payment provider review, or legal process.


9. Fees


Processing fees, platform fees, listing fees, subscription fees, payout fees, and third-party charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by Biznaire.


10. How to Request Cancellation


Users should request cancellation from the affected transaction page or by contacting support with the transaction number, reason for cancellation, and supporting evidence.
