Payment And Payout Policy
Effective Date: 12th June, 2026.
This Payment and Payout Policy explains how buyer payments, transaction balances, seller payouts, refunds, and payment provider reviews work on Biznaire.
1. Payment Collection
Buyers may pay through approved payment providers made available on Biznaire. A payment is treated as received only when the relevant payment provider confirms the transaction as successful and Biznaire records the payment against the transaction.
2. Settlement to Biznaire
Payments may settle into Biznaire's payment-provider account, wallet, or settlement balance before seller payout. Settlement timing depends on the payment provider, payment method, currency, bank processing, compliance checks, settlement schedule, and provider rules.
3. Delayed Seller Payout
Seller payout is not made automatically at buyer checkout. Biznaire may hold transaction funds within the permitted payment-provider flow until the applicable completion condition is met, such as buyer confirmation, inspection-period expiry, admin release, cancellation outcome, or dispute resolution.
4. Payout Eligibility
To receive payouts, sellers must maintain an approved payout method, complete required verification, comply with platform policies, and provide accurate bank or payout information. Biznaire may delay or reject payout where seller information is incomplete, inaccurate, restricted, suspicious, or non-compliant.
5. Payout Timing
After a transaction is completed, Biznaire will initiate seller payout according to the transaction status, payment provider availability, compliance checks, and admin release workflow. Actual receipt by the seller may depend on bank processing, wallet provider processing, payment provider transfer status, weekends, public holidays, and compliance review.
6. Refunds Before Seller Payout
If a refund is approved before seller payout is initiated, Biznaire may process the refund through the applicable payment provider or available transaction balance, subject to provider rules, fees, settlement status, and compliance checks.
7. Refunds After Seller Payout
If seller payout has already been initiated or completed, refunds may require seller cooperation, recovery of funds, dispute review, payment provider review, or legal process. Refund after seller payout is not guaranteed.
8. Payment Provider Holds, Reversals, and Reviews
Payment providers, banks, card schemes, or regulators may delay, withhold, review, reverse, set off, or restrict payments, settlements, payouts, refunds, or transfers where required by their rules, fraud systems, compliance obligations, chargeback processes, or applicable law. Biznaire is not responsible for payment provider or banking delays outside its control.
9. Chargebacks and Reversals
If a payment is charged back or reversed, Biznaire may pause the transaction, delay seller payout, restrict the related account, request evidence, recover losses, or take other action permitted by platform policy and applicable law. Users must cooperate with chargeback evidence requests within one business day where requested.
10. Fees
Payment processing fees, platform fees, transfer fees, payout fees, currency conversion costs, chargeback fees, and other provider charges may apply and may be deducted from transaction proceeds or charged to the responsible party where permitted.
