Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 12th June, 2026.

This Delivery Policy explains how digital assets are delivered through Biznaire and what buyers and sellers should expect during transaction completion.

1. Scope

Biznaire supports delivery of approved digital assets such as domain names, websites, SaaS products, mobile apps, source code, online businesses, digital products, account-based assets where permitted, and other approved digital assets.

2. Digital Delivery Only

Biznaire does not handle physical shipping. Delivery is completed through digital transfer steps agreed between the buyer and seller and recorded on the platform where possible.

3. Seller Delivery Responsibilities

The seller must deliver the asset according to the listing, transaction agreement, and platform instructions. Delivery may include:

  • • Domain ownership transfer or registrar push.
  • • Website file, database, hosting, and DNS migration.
  • • Source code repository transfer or downloadable source delivery.
  • • SaaS product handover, admin access transition, and documentation.
  • • Mobile app source, developer account transition where permitted, and release documentation.
  • • Business asset documentation, operating procedures, and agreed account/access transfer.
  • • Credential rotation, access verification, and removal of seller-only access after transfer.

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines should be stated in the listing, transaction agreement, or platform workflow. If no custom timeline is agreed, sellers should begin delivery promptly after buyer payment is confirmed and should keep the buyer updated through platform communication channels.

Some transfers depend on third-party registrars, hosting providers, app stores, repositories, email providers, banks, payment providers, or compliance checks. These third-party delays may affect final completion time.

5. Buyer Inspection Period

Marketplace transactions have a default inspection period of 3 (three) days after the seller marks the digital asset as delivered, unless a different period is shown on the transaction page. Biznaire may apply a shorter or longer inspection period depending on asset type, transaction value, delivery complexity, risk review, or agreement between the parties.

During the inspection period, the buyer must review the asset, test access, check documentation, and either confirm completion or raise a dispute before the inspection period expires.

If the buyer takes no action before the inspection period expires, the transaction may complete automatically and seller payout may be initiated.

6. Delivery Evidence

Biznaire may request delivery evidence such as registrar confirmation, hosting transfer records, repository access logs, screenshots, documentation, access handover records, or written confirmation from the buyer or seller.

7. Failed Delivery

If the seller fails to deliver, cannot transfer ownership, or delivers an asset that materially differs from the agreed terms, the buyer may open a dispute or request cancellation/refund under the applicable policies.

8. Security During Delivery

Users must not share unnecessary sensitive information. Passwords, API keys, recovery phrases, private keys, and administrative credentials should be transferred only when required and through secure methods. After transfer, buyers should rotate credentials and sellers should remove retained access unless otherwise agreed.
